For my 1:1 services, I begin working with families once their baby is 6 months old. That said, you are always welcome to book a free sleep assessment call before they reach this age to prepare and ask questions.
If your baby is under 6 months old or you’re currently expecting, I offer a 0–6 month infant sleep course rooted in responsive parenting, attachment theory, and an evidence-based approach. In this class, you’ll learn what’s developmentally normal, what to expect in the early months, gentle strategies to support healthy sleep patterns right from the start, as well as parental strategies to make your nights more manageable.
This course is offered quarterly and will appear under the Courses page whenever a new session is coming up.

Results truly vary based on your child’s age, your goals, and your family’s pace. Some sleep improvements happen quickly (within just a few days) while others take longer and unfold gradually over a few weeks or 2-3 months. This is completely normal as sometimes goals involve changing routines and incorporating new habits, which naturally takes longer.
What you can expect is to start noticing small, meaningful shifts within the first week. From there, progress builds as we continue working together and layering changes at a pace that feels sustainable for your family.
Sleep is a combination of biology, habits, and emotional development, and just like any habit (even for adults!), some parts adjust easily while others take consistency and time. My focus is always on helping you create results that are realistic, sustainable, and long-lasting for your family.

No. While I respect each family’s informed decision when it comes to their baby's sleep, I do not use cry-it-out, controlled crying, or any separation-based methods.
My approach is rooted in responsiveness and connection. We move at a pace that feels kind for your baby and sustainable for you. As with any transition, there may be some tears or big emotions at times, which are natural during change. But I will guide you on how to respond with empathy, reassurance and presence at all times, so that your child feels safe and supported throughout the entire process.

Sleeping through the night is a goal so many parents share (and for good reason!). Most of the families I support do see longer stretches (and many will also begin sleeping through the night), but my work isn’t about pushing babies to sleep through the night before they’re developmentally ready.
Sleep is developmental, and things like age, milestones, temperament, and what’s happening in your baby’s world all play a role. If someone promises a full night without waking, that's usually a red flag!
As we work toward the sleep changes you’re hoping for, my focus is always on your child’s sense of safety and your family’s well-being. We make gradual, thoughtful adjustments — the kind that support better rest without ever compromising connection.
If you’re hoping for an approach that honors your child’s development and protects connection while still moving you toward better rest, this will be a great fit for you. If you are looking for a quick fix or someone that will guarantee that your child will sleep through the night, this will not be the right fit for you.

Not at all! I support families worldwide. As long as you speak English, Spanish, or Catalan, I would be honored to work with you, no matter where you’re located.

Yes. All 1:1 coaching services are done virtually so families anywhere can receive support.
I do occasionally offer my course on infant sleep in-person.

I always recommend that you book a free sleep assessment call with me before booking. During the call, we look at your current challenges and your goals, and I’ll guide you toward the package that fits best. It’s also a chance to make sure we feel like a great match!
