This session is best for straightforward or smaller sleep challenges. It does not include a full sleep analysis, written plan, or follow-up support—making it ideal for focused check-ins rather than complex sleep transitions.

Duration : 1 hour - Cost: $299
This one-time Sleep Strategy Session is perfect for those looking for a little clarity, a supportive plan, or a confidence boost as you navigate sleep on your own.
This one-time, 60-minute video session is a great fit for families who want personalized insight and practical next steps—without committing to ongoing support.
Before we meet, I’ll review your sleep intake form and sleep diary to understand what’s happening and where you need support. During our call, we’ll talk through a tailored sleep plan that reflects your family’s values and goals, and I’ll guide you through the next steps at your own pace.
This package includes:

✨A 60-minute video consultation
✨A personalized sleep plan discussed during the session
✨A written summary emailed to you after our call
You’re welcome to add follow-up calls later, if you’d like continued support.
Please note: This session does not include follow-up messaging or extended coaching. If your sleep concerns are more complex (e.g., frequent wakings, co-sleeping transitions, or night weaning), a more comprehensive support package may be more appropriate

Duration : 60-90 minutes- Cost: $599
The Premium Sleep Support Package is ideal for families making meaningful sleep changes who want ongoing, compassionate support every step of the way. With a flexible and responsive approach, you’ll feel guided—not pressured—as we work together toward more restful nights.
We’ll begin with a thorough sleep intake form and sleep diary, so I can get a full picture of your child’s sleep, development, and family dynamics. Then we’ll meet for a 60-90 minute video session to walk through your personalized sleep plan and talk through strategies that feel aligned and manageable for you.
Throughout the month, you’ll have ongoing support to help you implement changes with confidence and clarity.

This package includes:
✨A detailed sleep intake form and sleep diary that will be reviewed prior to the initial consultation
✨One (1) 60-90 minute video consultation
✨A personalized written sleep plan based on your goals and our conversation
✨Four (4) 30-minute follow-up phone calls throughout the next five (5) weeks. This is one (1) per week
✨Four support emails to use during the next five (5) weeks for troubleshooting and guidance. This is one (1) per week
