Gentle, Holistic Sleep Support for Your Growing Family
Does "cry it out" or simply "waiting it out" not work for you? I totally get it, I was there too! At Embrace & Nurture, we specialize in holistic pediatric sleep coaching for babies starting at 4 months old and toddlers up to 3 years of age. We know that sleep isn’t just about routines—it’s deeply tied to a child’s development, emotional safety, and their secure connection with caregivers.
We take a whole-family approach, taking time to truly understand your family’s unique
dynamics, values, and daily rhythms. Every child is different—and so is every family—so we create individualized sleep support that reflects your specific needs, parenting style, and your child’s temperament.
We know how overwhelming it can be when your child isn’t sleeping well and you are sleep deprived (we have been there!)—and how much that can impact your own well-being, confidence, and connection. You deserve rest. You deserve support. You deserve to be heard. That’s why we’re here—to walk alongside you with empathy and clarity, offering gentle guidance and reassurance that helps you feel confident, empowered, and supported. We don’t believe in rigid methods or pressure to follow one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we honor your intuition as a parent while helping you build sleep foundations that nurture both your child’s needs and your connection with them.

OUR APPROACH
Rooted in attachment-based principles, our work blends science with intuition, focusing on connection, trust, and long-term sleep health. We understand that sleep is a developmental process—not a skill to be taught or forced, but something that naturally evolves with the right support.
Our approach is holistic and highly individualized. We take into account your child’s temperament, feeding patterns, sensory preferences, and emotional needs, as well as your family’s values, routines, and stressors. We also pay close attention to nervous system regulation and the parent-child relationship, recognizing how deeply these influence a child’s sleep.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid sleep training. Instead, we prioritize building secure attachment, supporting emotional well-being, and helping parents feel confident and connected.
This is about more than just sleep—it’s about nurturing resilient, thriving families from the inside out.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support families through compassionate, evidence-informed, and developmentally respectful guidance that honors both baby and parent.
We take an attachment-based approach, recognizing the importance of nurturing strong bonds and emotional attunement as a foundation for healthy sleep and overall well-being.
